With this in mind, iReach has set out to develop a state-of-the art digital training and facilitating platform for discipleship groups and group leaders. This new Android-based app, once it’s completed, will make it possible to…

• Provide ongoing training for iReach group leaders via videos and online communication.  

• Facilitate iReach group meetings online—increasing the capacity for nationals to lead more remote groups without having to travel long distances. 

• Oversee iReach groups discretely in areas where persecution is high and believers must meet secretly.

• Better organize group microloans and provide greater accountability to each entrepreneur who takes a small-business loan.

This new digital platform will serve to help scale this impact more quickly—training more leaders and recruiting more group members at a fraction of the time and cost of fully face-to-face meetings.
